The Defenders Motorcycle Club is a Canadian organization comprised of men and women who share the common love of motorcycling.
Our Regular members have all served or supported service to DEFEND our country. They include Uniformed or Civilian members of the Canadian Military or its Allies, the Canadian Coast Guard, or the RCMP. Regular members may be actively serving, retired, or the spouse of another regular member. Any other person may apply for Ordinary membership.
The Defenders have chapters from coast to coast throughout Canada. We promote riding safety and endeavour to improve the public's viewpoint on motorcycling.
Each Chapter hosts their own very active social and ride calendar and supports ride activities of many other organizations. Each week of the ride season has several events from which to choose.
Members may choose to attend as many rides as they like and often divide into smaller groups to support simultaneous events across our regions. If you share our love for motorcycling, you can keep your ride-card full.
Chapter 10, Nova Scotia, meets every 1st Wednesday of the month (except for December) at 7 pm in the Royal Canadian Legion Centennial Branch 160 on Main Street in Dartmouth. Please drop by for one of our meetings. Guests are always welcome!
Through our various fund raising activities, the Defenders support the War Amps CHAMP organization. Feel free to join us for our fund raising activities.
